Gallery Art Motif presents exhibition of “Drawings, Paintings and Ceramics” by artists Madhvi Subrahmanian, Neha Lavingia and Sheetal Gattani.

The closest analogy to Neha Lavingia’s paintings will be that of the Zen form of poetry known as Haiku. They are precise, evocative and brief, the poetics of the minimal. Peeling out the paper, layering it with charcoal, erasing and repeating the process several times has been Sheetal Gattani’s approach to this body of work. Whereas, Ceramist Madhvi Subrahmanian continues with her exploration of and reflection on the urban environment and its disconnect with nature.
