Modern artist KG Subramanyan’s (1924-2016) paintings are characterised by fantastical, folklore-inspired imagery, which depict mythical beasts, dense foliage and characters with animated expressions. This exhibition features over 30 works by Subramanyan including drawings, gouaches and reverse paintings on acrylic sheets which represent over five decades of his artistic production, from 1963 to 2014.
The walk-through will take place on February 3, 12pm. The exhibition is on display till March 10.
